Above was the group photo we took after the Project Superstar Grand Finals outside Singapore Indoor Stadium. of cos i did so editing.. but Benedict's nose dunnoe what happened.. it was already like that when i got the photo.

anyway on 17th Sep 2005. while listening to YES 933, we heard a song composed by our princess Kelly. if you are interest can pm me for the song.

Hi Kelly, mind telling us which school you are from? Studying which course?
ji@li: Singapore polytechnic, doing a diploma in maritime transportation management

Diploma in maritime transportation management? that doesn't sound related to music in any way... how did you first develop interest in music composition then?
ji@li: Hmm... Ii only started writing this yr...and this motivation was from all my friends who wrote/do music..they made me feel tt i shdn't be only singing... i shd try new stuffs or i wud say improve myself? by learning instruments and writing my own songs?
tt's y i tried wrting music and lyrics.. well, i'm still learning!

You only started writing this year, then which genre of music are you more inclined to?
ji@li: well, i love rnb, jazz, souls, bossanova and many more... scanning thru my stuffs.. they are mostly balllads, rnd,alternatives and soft/ballad rock?

Who influenced your tastes in these genres then? idols?
ji@li: hmm... probably?
i don't noe.. i'm attracted to music that are groovy and with lots of feel abd stuffs... idols? well i have no idols.. but the artist i love does influence me i guessed... like lena park, coco lee, shunzi, landy, ah mei, mariah carey....alot more! hahaah
well not forgetting david tao and lee hom! hahhaah

Lol, now that you have stepped into the world of chinese music composition, how do you feel about song writing? what the difference between just singing?
ji@li: well i guess its a lot harder!!!!! hahahah...
cos i know nuts bout musical instruments.. (i'm learning though)therefore, to me, it's all bout my own thoughts and feel that made me hum out the melody? probably its called.... ling2 gan4?
hee... well, i still got more to learn! i'm still way back! still amature!

Any advise or words for those who are also new to music composition and song writing?
ji@li: advise? nah.... lets share my tots ya?cos i'm also a newbie...hehe... hmm.... if you are new to the music composition, do not be afraid tt you are too lousy, step out your first step and feel the music in you! if you dont know any instruments? follow me, use your feel and thoughts to hum out the melody and REMEMBER to record them down!!! cos you may forget them!
tt's wat's i always do! how bout bring a recorder out w you all the time? well, i almost do? not recorder, cos my hp cud do the trick! anyway, gambate ne!
